• Services: All activities related to the organization of high-end hunting experiences, including hunting permits, guides, accommodations, and logistics.

• Operator: Huntex Spain, which offers premium hunting experiences, and is part of Cargoback Group SL.
  

2. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

The use of the services provided by Huntex Spain implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Clients must read and understand these terms before contracting any service.

3. Hunting Experiences

Huntex Spain, as part of Cargoback Group SL, is committed to providing safe and legal hunting experiences. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual who does not comply with hunting regulations or ethical practices.

4. Fees and Payments

The fees for our hunting experiences are agreed upon in advance with the client and are subject to change as agreed. Payments must be made according to the terms specified on the invoice. Late payments may result in additional charges or cancellation of the booking.

5. Client Obligations

The client must provide all necessary documentation for the proper provision of the service, including valid hunting licenses and identification. The client is also responsible for following all safety guidelines and respecting hunting laws and ethics.

6. Limitation of Liability

Huntex Spain shall not be liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during hunting experiences caused by events beyond our control, such as weather conditions, accidents, or actions of third parties.

7. Insurance

Huntex Spain recommends that clients contract adequate insurance for hunting activities, including personal liability and accident coverage. Huntex Spain is not responsible for losses or damages arising from uninsured incidents.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations or modifications of contracted experiences must be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Cancellations outside this period may incur additional charges. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience.

9. Data Protection

Huntex Spain, as a subsidiary of Cargoback Group SL, is committed to protecting our clients' privacy. The personal information provided will be used solely for the provision of contracted services and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent. 10. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.

11. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Huntex Spain reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect once published on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to periodically review these terms and conditions.
