Terms and conditions

Client: the natural or legal person who contracts the hunting experiences. Services: all activities involved in organizing the experience (permits, guides, lodging and logistics). Operator: the brand, part of the operating company.

Use of our services implies acceptance of these terms. The client must read and understand them before contracting any service.

We are committed to providing safe and legal experiences. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not comply with hunting regulations or ethical practices.

Fees are agreed in advance with the client. Payments are made as specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges or cancellation of the booking.

The client must provide the necessary documentation (valid hunting licenses and identification) and follow safety rules, hunting law and hunting ethics.

We are not liable for injuries, damages or losses during the experiences caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, accidents or third-party actions.

We recommend taking out adequate insurance for hunting activity (personal liability and accident). We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from uninsured incidents.

Cancellations or modifications must be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Outside that period charges may apply. No refunds are made for cancellations within 7 days of the experience.

We process personal data solely to provide the contracted services and do not share it with third parties without consent, except by legal obligation. See our Privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Madrid (Spain).

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; modifications take effect once published on the website. It is the client's responsibility to review them periodically.
